There are plenty good products out there that can thoroughly cleanse the bowels if associated with dietary changes;

Fiber derived cleanses along with digestive stimulators can quickly eliminate the infamous mucoid plaque out of the intestines if done over a few days with a strict diet (although not required).
There are other cleansers which literally liquify the plaque while providing beneficiary oxygen to intestines.

My favorite fiber cleanser is Blessed Herbs; pricey but gives you visual results.
I heard good things about colonix as well, being very similar to Blessed Herbs but with parasite cleanser included. Good old reliable psyllum Husks and liquid Bentonite shakes are also effective over a long term and are cheap.

Oxygen based cleansers like Oxypowder are good to clean both small and large intestine although you wont see any mucoid plaque leaving (possibly liquified)
