I don't know which one I would do. I saw there are so many types. I just want one that will help cleanse my bowel. I am not aware of having any parasites at this moment.
I just wanted to get clean.
Than later on do a liver flush.
I've done Liver Flush last year already, but never an enema.

Is there a site that shows step by step how to do the enema? including the position to lay down and all that?

Can you do the whole thing alone, or do we need help?
