In terms of regularity, after the first month was up, during the 5 day break, I got a little constipated, but that was because I wasn't drinking enough water and slacked off the fiber. While they suggest you take 5 days off, you certainly don't have to so after 2 days of not drinking the tea and not taking the anti- parasite formula, I decided to resume the program again. Since you already eat well, you probably won't have to do what I did though. That's why I said Colonix forced me to eat better. Before I start the 3rd month, I will definitely take the 5 days off because I have a better control over my personal eating habits. Plus, I don't want to be so reliant on the tea to do for me what I should be normally doing for myself--LOL!
