I always suggest doing a Bowel Cleanse first because parasites will hide out in a dirty bowel. What does not kill them makes them stronger.


Eat more of a variety of good foods. Different kinds of vegetables, fruits and some good grains. Are you eating good fats ? Olive oil, coconut oil and flax seed oil are good ones.
