Well, Aside from the really cheap- Washing an orange with Veggie Wash to remove pesticides-, chop up whole orange (skin and all) and blend with some purified water. Throw in some cloves, and drink in the morning before a meal and at night before bed.

Or else, you can also try ColonClenz. That has always "unplugged" me when I get constipation during Menstruation PMS time.

ColonClenz costs about 12.99 a bottle for a bottle of about 120 capsules. Take two with some water before bedtime.

It is all 100% herbal with gelatin as the only other item used for the capsule. I was surprised to find ColonClenz at the local drugstores-- not even the healthfood stores.

What also has reallllllllly been effective-and even cleaned me out to the point that I discovered I actually harbored liver fluke parasites is Super Colon Cleanse. It is made with herbs, Acidophilus , 1g of Psyllium Husk Powder and 576 mg of Senna Powder. Take in the morning with no less 8 oz of water and about 2:30 pm in the afternoon, you will have a great urge to use the bathroom. It really cleans one out good.

Costs about 20.00 a bottle or less for 240 capsules. It says to take 4 capsules 30 minutes before each meal, but I only need to take 3 in the morning, with results.
