Taking colosan/oxy. would do what? Never heard of this.

I purchased the b & P -------and a body brush to do before bathing. So am ready to go. How long to do the B AND P???
Have not started yet because I dont know what to expect from the B & P----can you tell me? Little leary. Will I have movements like usual, or will I panic and not make it to the bathroom. Should I take cascara sagrada with it am and pm???? Please try to answer all those questions. I thank you.

I should receive the parasite products in a few days. Why do the colon clense before parasite cleanse?. How about ---do the Colon Cleanse 4 days before the parasite cleanse and then during for the duration of 30 days on parasite cleanse.? Total of 34 days or is that too long.???
