OK I got my colosan (Off of amazon.com, thanks Wrenn for the tip), I'll be starting soon.

So I just take it per instructions, right? If I must take it on an empty stomach, and wait 1 1/2 hours until I eat. What time of day do people do this? I usually eat breakfast (fruit) when I wake, then eat a mid morning snack, then lunch, then a snack in the afternoon, then dinner. Which means, eating pretty much all day.

So should I skip breakfast and take the colosan, and eat breakfast mid-morning? Or should I eat the fruit and then take the colosan about 45 minutes later?

And when can I start liver flushing? After the first week of colosan? Or should I wait a few weeks?
Also when should I start the parasite cleanse (H. Clark) in conjuction with the colosan? After the first week?

Anything else I can do to maximize the colosan's effect? Should I take psyllium after the first week? All suggestions and advice welcome. ~Squeaky
