Hiya! I'm not an experienced user, but I've been reading all the experienced users as they went thru it, so here's what they've said:

1. Yes. Mostly mild, but yes. Easily counter-acted by drinking lots of water and the occasional enema and lymph management.

2. Best to wait until parasite cleanse is finished. You can do it while taking the oxy no problem.

3. Once the oxy dissolves all the impacted fecal matter, the stools should start to become nicely formed but not compact. Keep taking it tho, it will then start to oxygenize the REST of your body and organs. :)
