Remember this---we were just LIKE YOU at one time or another. We learned by doing!

The liver flush---if you decide to do Dr. Clark's recipe, all you need are Epsom Salts , extra virgin olive oil, grapefruit juice, & lemon, (optional) (All available at your grocery store) and orthithine pills. (available at your local health food store---some take them and some don't) Their purpose is to absorb toxins that WILL be released into your system and they allow you to sleep. But, some people sleep just fine without them.

Dr. Clark's parasite cleanse---those three ingredients---black walnut tincture, cloves and Wormwood ---all available at your local health food store....

You now know more than you did, so you are on your way to becoming an expert!
