Hi All,

I just completed my second flush a couple of days ago. I followed the Hulda Clark protocol except this time I had a hot water bottle in bed with me over my liver. I also dissolved the Epsom Salts in grapefuit juice which masks the nasty taste.

The first difference was that I woke up at 2;30 in the morning with the first bathroom call. (with flush #1, I slept through the night) I passed the first batch of small pea sized stones, which were light yellow in color. I was also extremely dehydrated so I drank a couple of glasses of water and went back to sleep.

In the morning, after my remaining Epsom Salts , I passed about 50-100 more stones mostly soft, yellow to light green. With my last flush almost all of the stones were bright green so perhaps these are older ones? I have to assume that progress is being made even though I haven't experienced the massive stones that others have.

The day after, I also passed a couple of stones plus some weird jello, rubbery stuff that sounds like the "rubber cube" that someone else posted about passing. I have NO IDEA what this could be. They were in pieces of about 1.5 centemeters and light brown/gold and they floated. I also passed a similar substance when I was doing the parasite cleanse? Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

I am feeling shifts in my energy although I am still struggling with excema and facial itching which seems to be worse since I began flushing. Hopefully this is just the results of toxins being released. I plan to flush again in two weeks and will keep going until I am stone free.
