Get yourself a basin that you can sit in. Pour about a cup or more of Espsom salts (more is better), fill about 1/4 or 1/3 with warm water or as hot as you can take it. Sit in it, making sure that all itching areas are submerged.

I'm on round 2 of all the cleanses and just starting doing enemas and getting ready to do parasite cleanse again. I think the itching is toxins in the skin trying to eliminate, it drove me nuts.

I figured if ES baths help with that icky feeling with the skin, a much higher concentration for itchy genitals and of the like must work. Tried it and it worked like a charm.
