I hope someone out there will be willing to begin a "beginning to end" approach for me. I already explained problems I've experienced in starting the Dr. Clark tincture. I'm reading now about the P& B shake. Never heard of that before. Also- I thought you had to totally complete the parasite 11 week program before doing the liver or gallbladder cleanse. Would someone please take the time to email me a 1-2-3 order of how to do all of this. What do I do since the first week of tincture I experienced leg and hand swelling.
I don't really know where to go next- but know I need to do something- not just quite.
Also, I have a zapper. Should I continue it daily during all the tincture??? Never even felt it working :) Is this normal?
