Glad I popped over here.

I want to do the liver cleanse. I have the ebsom salts, olive oil etc. I also just today picked up some coQ10.

I am on day 32 of the MC. I have been doing the salt water flush with parasite drops in the morning, but heard that the CoQ10 was a good parasite cleanse to do before the liver cleanse

However I am a bit fuzzy on the hows and whys.

Can anyone elaborate?
