Yep, that girl was me. Absolutely, do those pumpkin seeds (fresh). You could try Oregano oil aswell. I am on a proper parasite cleanse at the moment and seen nothing but thread worms since. Just goes to show that everybody is so different. I read a lot of people dont pass the big ones till they have done a couple of Liver Flushes - am working my way up to that. Good luck.
