I had the worst night of my life last night!.I read on the KITCHENHAND website that consuming 1-2 cups of extra virgin olive oil together with 2 squeezed lemons and consuming 2 tablespoons every 15 minutes until the mixture is completely gone. By the morning my liver gallbladder should be cleansed.Well four hours later lying in bed I couldnt get to sleep because I felt so sick and in fact threw up 4 times evacuating all that olive oil concoction over the floor.WHAT DID I DO WRONG?.I had a main meal some 3 hours before, prior to taking the olive oil mixture.I had done a parasite cleanse some 6 weeks prior and a Bowel Cleanse also.
