Thankyou all for replies. This forum is great for learning and discussing. If I bring up the subj at work re: good colon health and what it involves I am thought to be crazy.
I decided to go with the Holistic Horizons Cleanse with Bentonite added. I'm sure I will be a daily reader in here learning as I go. I did a 21 day juice/broth fast 4 yrs back and it convinced me we all have parasites and gunk to get rid of occassionally.
