I got my Bentonite clay (Sonnes 7 or something like that) and psyllium capsules - now where do I go from here?

I have ulcerative colitis and tend to get diarrhea often, mucous often but rarely any blood. Any advice on how and when to take the clay and psyllium? How much? Can I do parasite cleanse at the same time? what about coQ10?
