Dear all,

After all the talk about it, i finally went and got myself Arise and shine's hydrated Bentonite and Yerba's psyllium whole husks.
I plan to start with one drink -Tonight I am going to add it to freshly made dilute papaya juice because thats one fuir I have right now. I don't know if there are any dos and donts about which juices we can add them to and which not.

Incidentally i also started my parasite cleanse today- got myself Parastroy which comes in two bottles of two different tablets- one called para-id- containing pysllium and Bentonite amonng other things and the other called "para-sweep' containing woorworm (leaf), Black-Walnut (kennel and green hul) andclove (leaf). It says we are to have the tablets with the meal. so no need to wait before or after. I however, thought it advisable to hold on an hour before taking the BP shake.

Do any of you have any advise- I mean I hope I won't be overdoing the cleasne all at the same time (although I don't mind it). Please do let me know if I am on the right track- and if there is anything i need to watch out for.
