Just got to work and read your earlier post. Nice that you got an extnsion. Make the most of it.
As I understand it the saltwater flush is similar to the epson salt flush for the liver cleanse. The concentrated salt causes the body to release more fluid into the bowels to dilute it and helps to get things moving. I believe that it also helps to promote peristalsis also causing stuff to move. I use 2tsp of Celtic Sea Salt to 1 quart of warm water and drink it down in one go. It's important to be well hydrated as this will pull moisture from your body and I feel that using natural Sea Salt (not refined table salt ) is beneficial. Smooth Move tea (senna and something else) also seemed to help.
As to starting back up on the shakes you might try just the psyllium for now. When I was "stopped up" my body didn't seem to tolerate the Bentonite very well. But now that I'm feeling unplugged after passing a bunch of plaque the last couple days I started introducing the Bentonite back into the mix last night to further get at the gunk.
The anti-fungals that I've been using were Caprol for the first 2 months and now am using Grapefruit Seed Extract (sour bitter tasting stuff). I've been following the protocall at www.wholeapproach.com along with things that I learn here at curezone that seem like they would supplement my path. There seem to be several good recommendations from various posters here about different programs. It took over 2 months before I saw my first plaque and parasites so don't get discouraged. It just got me excited to get a little more aggressive about getting more out.
Hope I answered your questions. Feel free to ask more if I can help. We're all in this together.
Jay
