Hi Ocean!! Thanks for your message...it had me giggling up a storm! For some dumb reason I just haven't had the discipline to do a full parasite cleanse! argh. Since the beginning of November I've done 2 fasts, about 40 days of b&p, 4 Liver Flushes and only about 6 days on a parasite cleanse. I'm feeling like my colon is pretty clean (well, not...but you know what I mean...I got out some HUGE hideous ropes...then lotsa teeny tiny frond-like things...)...then it really tapered off. So I thought: okay, done with the b&p for this season! I'm going to continue on with the Liver Flushes until I don't see anymore stones. But NOW...dun dun dun....I feel it is TIME for a real honest to goodness parasite Cleanse! yup. You guys have inspired me! I'm looking forward to seeing the freaky stuff. (what is wrong with me?)
