Thank you, thank you for your kind, helpful and thoughtful advise. I talked to my ND, asked him about the Liver Flush and he said not yet, unless I want to "flip flop and turn colors" but...I agree and believe it is largely based on the liver and colon. My candida went crazy after 5 years of 3-4 hours a night sleep, pushing myself even when I could not function, sleeping pills, moronic doctors, stress and then a chemical exposure that my body could not handle which triggered the MCS and the worsened CFS.

I am going to continue to juice if I can, beets, olive oil, lemon and cucumber and get my bowels moving normally. My ND said he is certain my liver is toxic but is afraid I am too weak, the juicing is his way of trying to slowly detox my liver and work up to a liver cleanse. I know I have parasites as well but will work on this first, then maybe get a zapper like donna, I am not certain my body will tolerate the herbs either.

Everyone has been so much help and the compassion here is overwhelming...a wonderful feeling when I just had to leave someone's house because their friend who was sick was coming over and I was afraid I would get sick also, even a cold would be too much. I will be back on the board, hopefully helping when I can and someday able to do the same for others what has been done for me : )
