Thanks John, I do the Dr. Clark Flush. What you say sounds reasonable so I'll drop the parasite cleanse that day. Once I take the first epson drink my body doesn't seem to allow anything else and I seem to just focus on the liver. Well... that and running to the toilet...hehehe
