Sounds like you, like me, need the works.

Here's what I have done so far...

parasite cleanse, using "the old amish dewormer"

oral hydrogen peroxide therapy using 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide.. only really been on it about a week.

One liver flush, plan to repeat every 2 weeks.

Some sort of colon/intestinal cleanse, with Psyllium Husks .. personally I am trying the colonblow system right now. www.colonblow.com .. I'll let ya know how it works.

I plan to start juice fasting once I get my juicer and get in another liver cleanse, also plan a distilled Water Fast as well.

I don't plan on using enemas, although I know I probably should.
I also don't plan on doing a kidney cleanse, either.
