Make sure when you do your bowel/colon cleanse that you do a parasite cleanse along with it.
As for your question regarding cleansing, and is that ALL you can do??.....What more could be of help than ridding your body of parasites and toxins? Where do you think disease and illness comes from? Do it all, and when you have your health back, you'll be glad you did.
