I have been iron anemic for the past 25 years. Only recently, I learned that candida also can feed on iron. And that some parasites can cause acne. I went on the parasite cleanse to make sure I didn't have any. I was certainly shocked when I found that I did. Anyway, since doing the parasite cleanse, along with the candida diet and capricin, and along with a colon cleanse, my skin looks better than I ever remember and I am not anemic anymore. You may not have well known symtoms of candida overgrowth or parasites, and yet still have candida and parasites. If I were you, I wouldn't wait for symptoms, and just do the treatments to make sure.
