Hi everyone, i started the Bowel Cleanse and the parasite cleanse (clarkias) simultaneously 1 week ago and i've been having very irregular BMs, being constipated a couple days and having diarrhea in some others. I take 2 shakes a day and i plan on doing 3 shakes a day but im worried about the constipation issue ( i drink a LOT of water daily too). Any insight or recommendations wil lbe greatly appreciated. Also, im going through a terrible cold sore episode and i am wondering if it is related in some way to the cleanse. thank you
