Well, I'm not doing a Colon Cleanse and it's definately not mucoid plaque. The feces are almost powdery in appearance, so I'm pretty sure about the plaque business.

But, I did realize something. That day I was chowing on a lot of pumpkin seeds. They were supposedly roasted, but they didn't really taste like they were cooked. Also, I eat the shells on the pumpkin seeds. I just wondered if I killed some kind of parasite or something.

I'm eating lots of fiber today to see if I can get through this stuff. If anyone has any other ideas, I'd like to hear them Thanks.
