The plaque, that is. Wowee what an interesting morning it is around here! This is the plaque, right? It's got to be. Somebody tell me...

woke up 8:30

I wasn't noticing the time on the first two, but anyway...

First bowel movement: Awful smelling stuff! "willies" or shiver running thru me feelings, but its so good. they are 1 or 2 inch long blobs, elliptical shape but not rubbery. It "mushes" when you push on it. It's not as hard as "rubbery" would describe, but its more than just "sludge" either. More like "warm jello" that is almost turned to liquid. Does this sound like plaque?

Second BM: Colon feels like something is being peeled or stripped off... like a scab being accidentally ripped off. Smell similar to... oysters (best I can describe). blackish-greenish color, from the green food last night?

Some of those little "crackling" feelings like I described in the parasite forum...

11:30 blobs of plaque... now this is plaque. This has got to be plaque.

Is this plaque?

Now we're getting more into the neighborhood of "rubbery". wow it's almost like road tar or something. This has got to be plaque. Is this plaque?

omg feels weird and good at the same time. wow I forgot we can feel things dowen there! I can "feel" my large intestine again! *remembers childhood* Wow I forgot about that...

was that stuff really in me? Yeek!

Feeling like just ran a mile and then that relaxed feeling afterwards...

11:40 took my paragone for the morning...

12:23 wow oh wow I've been pacing around the room going wow o wow! My brain feels... happy or something. cool and light and happy feeling. does this sound right to you? Is this happening? Is this plaque?

12:27 kinda "panting" like I've just run a race again, wonderful relaxing feelings, cool like a mountain breeze... wow. This must sound like I'm crazy or something... Is this what you guys experience, too?


1:25 Well things seem to have subsided for the time being... I need to go to the health food store anyway. I was going to do liver cleanse #3 today... better fix my spelling before I post..

Oh, and I almost forgot to ask: Is this plaque? :>
