Well, I am on my second day of a cleanse with PB shakes, and a parasite herbal cleanse. I just had a probiotic enema this AM. Although I immediately felt lighter, I now feel like I have a little cold or flu. I don't know whether it may be the flu (since it has been going around) or die off symptoms. I am drinking about 1/2 my weight in ounces of water per day religiously.

Has anyone else ever felt cold or flu-like symptoms after an enema? I really want this stuff out of my system. I am having one BM a day but I haven''t seen anything major like has been reported on this forum yet.
