This is the highest quality raw milk...
I would start with raw colostrum Kephir...
It just has all the stuff your colon needs to get started on digesting foods.

I have a great recipe
1/2 cup colostrum kephir
1 tablespoon barlean flax seed oil
1/2 cup raspberries... they can be frozen or fresh
This is amazingly delicious and so goood for you...
I practice yoga and flow right through my poses when i drink this colostrum kephir... my energy's awesome and it kills candida!!!!!!!
