hello I'm a 39 year old woman who has suffered with Irritable Bowel syndrome all my life and anxiety. today is the 3rd day on the diet, i'm taking all the powdered stuff and suppliments he descrbes in the book. yesterday (day2) i was in the bathroom alot. today i'm also still going alot with cramps and a headache. its embarrasing to have to be running so much, especially at work. HELP??? is this normal? will the diaria and cramps stop???? thanks so much, any help would be appreciated.
