Thank you for all the good advice. I also checked with the nutritionalist at the health food store and was told that there are two different forms of vitamin A in the Cod Liver Oil and the multivitamin (one is "flushed out" of your system, the other stored), so it is OK to take them together without the risk of getting "too much".
