Thank you for that website...it did help. I'm taking the living multivitamin (Garden of Life) for women in addition to the cod liver oil, so it seems that as far as vitamin A and D, I really don't need to be taking both. Any suggestions as far as which one to continue (or should I continue taking both, as the article on that site did say that taking more than the recommended doses is OK)? Thank you!
