Jordan Rubin, the author of The Maker's Diet had the same problem. You are in London, England? Because of your situation, I would think that you should have someone knowledgeable working with you as you implement the diet. I don't know what you should start with.

There is an online program at http://www.themakersdiet.com. I just signed up for three months. I checked and there is an email address to which you could address how you should start with your particular problem -- I don't know what kind of response you will get but it is worth a try -- questions@makersdiet.com

Good Luck -- Jordan went from 190 to 104 pounds, but found this way of eating as his way to recovery.
