I have been on the Makers Diet for about 3 years now. I have been drinking raw goats milk for about 2 years now. I had several intestinal problems and only tolerated about 6 different foods. When I tried the raw goats milk I found to my great surprise that I tolerated it. I give it to my son, who has asthma and milk allergies (runny nose and eyes when he drinks it) but he completely tolerates the raw milk, my daughter couldn't drink milk because she would get constipated (not just a little, she would scream, heartbreaking, as she was only 2) she has no problems at all with the raw milk.
