I have been on and off the diet for about a year now and it has changed my life. I have lost about 80 pounds and feel wonderful. I have stopped taking medicine for hypertension and also meds for fibromyalgia. Try some of the recipes in the book and look online for recipes that are healthy. Hope things work for you.
