Hi there, I have been doing this a couple of weeks now and had some of the same questions. Surely someone with more expertise can correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I THINK:

  1.  You have to actually soak the grains; something about making them release their nutrients (sprout) and making them easier to digest?
  2.  I had just posted a long message about this on another forum: http://makersforum.com/v-web/portal/73/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewt... This has certainly been one of my main areas of investigation; how to find these products. The Whole Foods Markets carry these, but without catching a sale they will be EXPENSIVE.   3.  Do you mean all the supplements and stuff or just the eating plan? The eating plan would be beneficial to children I know, the supplements may have to be adjusted. I'd check with Garden of Life- they have a toll free number I think on their bottles.
