Renae,
How are you doing? Are you still on the Maker’s Diet? You asked, “Is there a place on here or on the internet to exchange recipes that people have developed?”.
The answer is Yes.
First allow me to tell you where I'm coming from...
My wife and I have been doing the Maker’s Diet for several months now and seen a sharp increase in our health. I’ve lost 30 lbs with my wife loosing 35 lbs. I was so excited by this diet and similar concepts I created a website called, “The Maker’s Forum” to discuss this diet and exchange ideas. I’ve created a section for recipe’s in the forum as well as an Articles section for us to post them to share with others. My wife and I love to eat (I was well over 100 lbs overweight before this diet so this should qualify me for this type advice) and found the Maker’s Diet surprisingly fun. For the first time ever Debra and I have prepared fish and other foods we would have never known about. I’m finding out that it’s quite easy to follow the dietary guidelines and actually having fun. Please come out and share your insights at our forum at http://www.makersforum.com . This forum has just start to it's a bit slim (no pun intended) but there are a few recipes with my wife beginning to type them out. BTW, the back of the book also has a few recipe's that we've tried. My favorite is the Zesty popcorn and a few of the soups.
Be well,
