Keep going! Primal Defense works great. When you start taking 3 a day, you may notice the sulfur egg farts coming out the other end! That is good! That is called die off. The good bacteria is fighting the bad ones (most likely the candida).

Stay off Sugar (don't feed the candida) and drink a lot of pure H2O (reverse osmosis or distilled in polycarbonate (non-leaching) bottles).
