If it is raw vegan diet, I have tried this before for three months. It wasnt appeal to me anymore. I felt more stable on Maker's Diet and look more healthy. Thank you anyway. It is possible that I have prologaed colon. I just began my Oxypowder cleanse to see how it goes. Then switch to fiber based herb cleanse like colonix.
