For me, I have better bowel movements over the time now.. I dont take primal defense anymore.. Just stick with Kefir. :) Nothing more than that about my health. My Acne is still breakout daily even though I have done 11 liver flushes. I wonder if it is because too much animal product in my diet that causes my hormones out of the balance..
