GUESS WHAT??? I am eating Ezekial bread and tortillas... ONLY! That's why I am so frustrated. I REALLY don't want to give them up! And I don't want to believe they're responsible for my acne! I only eat 1-3 servings a day! My skin was just SO good that first month! Who knows what the cause is. I may try the liver cleanse.
