Yes, let us know how it goes for you. I tried it before but couldn't handle the food. Like you, I have been stuggling to figure out what I can eat and what I should eat. I was vegetarian for a long time, and kept gettting weaker and weaker, but every time I tried to eat meat, I couldn't digest it and my liver would get congested, and I would get worse. Last week my leaky gut caused by candida surfaced again, and I decided to try the lower carb diet and include at least fish, eggs, raw cheese, cream, and maybe even some chicken. It's a little easier this time because I've done some work on clearing out my liver, and I'm using Julia Chang's tinctures and Betaine HCl. I'm still not sure what is the right way to eat, though, and would appreciate any imput. Thanks, betta
