Hi! I am currently on the Maker's Diet and loving it. The first month when I wasn't eating breads of any kind my bad ance cleared up for the first time in my life. Now it's back. I'm pretty bummed cause I don't want to give up eating grains. Especially since I believe they are recommended in the Bible like Dr. Rubin says. Anyone else have any experience with this?
I love TMD though and would recommend it to anyone!!
