That is good Jane.....whether they are stones or not, I do know that I also purge a whole lot of sludge from somewhere (hopefully my liver). I had not done a flush in about 2 years, but I had been feeling so run down lately, so I thought it was time to start flushing again. I started with a colon/ parasite cleanse including psyllium/bentonite shakes and last week I did a olive oil/ Epsom Salt flush. A week later and I certainly can feel the difference. Both with more energy and I feel so much better all over including my skin and joints.

Are they actually stones, I say they are....but whether they are or not, the sludge that I purge comes from somewhere, and it makes me feel better.
