Can anybody help me with the right Bowel Cleanse? I have a fairly physical job so I don't think the fasting Lemonade thing is the way to go right now and I'm pretty active this time of year with work so I'm concerned about the time involved with enemas (oral or anal), but I'll do it if it works. I'm thinking of the cottage cheese mixture and/or the bentonite. Has anyone had success with either or both of those? .
BTW, I'm in week two of the Clark parasite cleanse and I've scheduled Aug 2-3 for my gb/ Liver Flush (hense the Big Stone handle) so I really want to get the exits cleaned out soon.
