Well, I wouldn't say I'm a BIG sushi eater, myself. Although, once a month, I do like to have it. I've only begun eating eat over the last several years ... nevertheless, I do intend on doing the parasite cleanse eventually. Admittedly, a lot of this cleansing stuff is new to me. I am open to learning more. And at the same time, if I were to cut out every food I have heard something bad about, I think my choices of food would be about down to Brocolli. And you can't eat just Brocolli, now can you? LOL

Hey! Anyone hear about the McDonalds Diet?

A client told me that a guy ate strictly McDonalds for one month and gained 20 pounds!!!
