Thank you so much for your response. I think that our problem is a little different because they are on the outside and do not cause the cramping or unusual bleeding.

Please let me know your ultrasound results. May I ask what is the water fast? Is there a link that I can go to?

Meanwhile, I am very unscientifically doing a few things and it seems as if something is happening in the uterine area. it feels lighter and although I still feel it, it "seems" less bulky. It also 'twinges" now and then.

Because I also know that immune system is weak (allergies and over sensitivity to smells), I am drinking a liver detox lemonade drink every morning which has helped my regularity and also seems to make my skin smoother! I found lemonade drink recipe on this site and basicall blen one whole organic lemon with 1 1/2 cups of spring water and between 1-2 Tablespoons of olive oil. After blending it all up and straining it, I add a handful of organic parsley and blend it all up again. I sometimes add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

I am also adding chlorophyll to my drinking water and paying attention to eat only healthy foods.

I have not done the Liver Flush yet and plan on doing that as well as the parasite cleanse very soon.

In addition to all thet,I am drinking lots of red raspberry tea and add VITEX Tincture.

I will let you know what happens.

It is so wonderful to have someone to share this with and hopefully, we will be free of these fibroids soon.
