Sounds like you're off to a gREAT start, good for you! :)

You need to follow the basic cleansing pattern - bowels, liver, kidneys, lymph, and maybe even parasite cleanse too, but put that on a backburner for now. We need you feeling a bit stronger before you take that on.

P&B shakes are fantastic, keep those up so long as they do not irritate you (some IBS people cannot handle psyllium, flax and vegetable fiber is better for them), but consider doing a little more than that to jump-start your cleansing. A good jump-start could be:

series of colonics then purchasing your own enema bucket setup
an oxygen-based intestinal cleanser like Colosan
an herb and fiber based cleanser like colonix

Keep a bottle of drinkable Aloe Vera juice on hand for when your bowels get painful. 1/2 cup 3x a day is very healing. :)

Once you get your bowel totally clean your allergies and sensitivities should ease up a bit, but they won't totally go away until you do some liver management. About 4 flushes at least, with herbs too. Since you've been taking pharms, start out with Dr. Cabot's Livatone. That will help the liver break down the drugs and release them. Then you can switch to Planetary Formula's Bupleurum Liver Cleanse or the tinctures from www.sensiblehealth.com.

Please be sure to read the FAQ (see link above) posts, especially those on bowel managemnet, liver, digestion, lymph.

You may want to do a semi-fast of just very limited foods, like Kichadi and fresh organic veggies, tea, cleansing drink, protein shake (see FAQ for recipes), for a month or two.

and you may want to consider adding a super-green drink to your diet, something with chlorella/spirulina. That will aid the detoxing and hopefully decrease your sensitivities.
