Thanks Shelley. I agree. Which is why I'm totally modifying the Master-Cleanse to my body's tolerance level. Plus, I think that a lot of the ppl who do the Master-Cleanse are looking to lose weight. I guess I could lose some weight, but it's not really my goal. I mean, I already weigh under 100 lbs so it's not like I'm overweight or anything. Just fine for my height. Losing weight would be a plus, I guess, but just not too much weight.

Anyhow, do you know anything about parasite cleanses?? My friend bought a kit and I read the one recommended on curezone. If I live in the States, which kit is the best for me?? And when should parasite cleanses be done??
